Lepe Learning and Engagement Facilities

Based on a live brief alongside Lepe Country Park, this project aims to achieve the parks future vision of becoming 'a community hub for learning & engagement throughout the year'. When formulating our preposal it was important to take into account the context, opportunities and constraints that will affect the design, production and performance of our buildings.

Meeting with the clients allowed me and my team to identify what the country parks vision was and how they wished to reached this. We preposed the idea of a three phase construction plan to incorperate new learning and engament facilities throughout the park. Phase one is the introduction of an education flagship building, phase two the addition of an activity centre connected to the flagship building, and phase three the intro duction of a main accommedation building and private accommodation pods.

My main involvement within my team was the private accommodation pods, below you will find visual renders of the exterior, interior renders of the habitable spaces, and the complete drawing pack for the accommodation pods.
