Building Surveying and Refurbishment

Within my third year was I required to undertake and produce a measured survey report and schedule of condition of a dwelling that would later be drawn up in CAD. This measured building survey was then used to design a refurbishment proposal for the select property.

The refurbishment was directed at upgrading the external envolope to modern building standards, providing a scheme to convert the current loft into a habitable living space, to fix any issues identified within the previous surveys, and to provide updated plans for the refurbished property.
